Extra Boarding Services
Pet Pick Up and Delivery
We supply a Pet Taxi pick-up and delivery service on Monday, Wednesday and Friday all year round (except public holidays) between 9am- 12noon.
The ideal service for busy people, we offer a professional courtesy coach, fully heated and air conditioned for your pet/s comfort and secure cat enclosures, all for a nominal fee. We cover all the metro and country areas plus the airport. Ring/email us with your area for a quote.
Please note: Someone MUST be at your address for a pick-up/take-home service.
EARLY check in/out between (EARLIEST) 7am to 9am is an additional $20 Charge per Early check in/out not per pet. ONLY made by prior arrangement.
LATE check in/out between 5pm to 7pm (LATEST) is an additional $50 charge per LATE check in/out not per pet. ONLY made by prior arrangement.
We are open for your convenience for you to drop off and pick up your pets from 9am to 5pm 7 days a week, (excluding some public holidays) also providing an early and late check in/out option.
Photo Package
As we know many owners get extremely anxious leaving one or more of their family members behind when going away so we have a photo package available for our customers where we will email you approximately 5-15 photos of your pet/s so you can see for yourself just how much fun they are having and what they are getting up to and who they are making friends with if they are sociable. (a photo package is an extra service and is charged at $25 per photo shoot.)
Grooming
Whilst your pet is holidaying at ALL 4 PAWS AND CLAWS PET RESORT BOARDING KENNELS, why not take full advantage of our professional grooming service which includes: Full Bath and Flea rinse, Nail clipping and Grooming (to show standard if desired). Our facilities cater for all sizes and breeds.
Cuisine
ALL 4 PAWS AND CLAWS PET RESORT success in boarding, breeding and the preparation of pets for showing has been brought about by providing pets with the healthiest food available.
Our home cooked country chicken is preservative, chemical & hormone free cuisine is hygienically prepared in our Yarra Valley kitchens. This wonderfully nutritious food gives a healthy glow to your pet.
DOG’S – We supply a variety of fresh chicken, cooked chicken with rice/pasta, veggies and a variety of quality dry foods based on their individual breeds, sizes and needs.
CAT’S – We supply a variety of fresh foods, chicken and or beef, and a variety of quality canned and dry foods based on their individual breeds, sizes and needs.
If you choose to supply your own food for eg. special dietary requirements please make sure there is more food than what you would feed at home as dogs burn more energy here.
We will return to you whatever food is not used. There is a $2.50 (as of 1/7/24 it will be $3.00) charge per day for own food supplied.
Medications
Sometimes the need arises that your dog/s and or cat/s may require medication whilst they are holidaying with us. That is in not a problem whether it is injectable, tablet or liquid we charge $2.50 (as of 1/7/24 it will be $3.00) per administration for administering any medication. All medications MUST COME IN IT’S ORIGINAL/ VET PACKAGING WITH DOSAGE INSTRUCTIONS and not to be in your own containers with your own instructions THANK YOU.
Retirement
Sometimes circumstances arise when you are no longer able to take proper care of your pet and you’re left with a difficult decision to make.
At ALL 4 PAWS AND CLAWS PET RESORT BOARDING KENNELS we believe that your pet deserves the same as we do. We’ll give your faithful friend all the care and attention they deserve for you. This is a special service that somewhat needs careful consideration and understanding. Sometimes hard decisions have to be made when your living circumstances change, whether it be moving to a unit, retirement home, rebuilding, leasing where no pets are allowed or nursing home in regards to the care for your pets where will they go?
At ALL 4 PAWS AND CLAWS PET RESORT BOARDING KENNELS we offer long term rates for your pets in retirement not only will we love and care and provide veterinary assistance if needed for your loved one but we will even offer to bring them to you for visits at your request so not only is that great for you but also for them knowing that your special four legged friend is getting all the pampering they deserve even if you’re no longer able too.
Because as we know our pets are forever.
