Apart from Dogs and Cats we also care for many other animals.
Rabbits, Guinea Pigs, Ferrets, Birds, Chickens, Ducks, Mice and pet Rats.
Rabbits, Guinea Pigs & Ferrets
We supply everything your Rabbit/Guinea Pig/Ferret will need for their stay, a variety of fresh foods and dry foods, bedding, toys, treats, love, cuddles, affection and exercise are all provided. However some owners like to bring their own food etc. the choice is totally yours.
All Rabbits/Guinea Pigs/Ferrets have their own 2 storey enclosure and can share when coming in a pair if allowed.
If weather permits their enclosure and them can go outdoors if not too hot or too cold otherwise they will be indoors with heating and or cooling to sleep in of a night.
We charge $13 per day per Rabbit/Guinea Pig/Ferret but $22 per day for a pair Rabbit/Guinea Pig/Ferret if they stay together . (as of 1/7/25 it will be $14 or $25 per pair)
The only thing you need to supply is a current vaccination certificate for your Rabbit/s prior to the arrival day. Please email this to us or have your vet send it PRIOR TO THE CHECK IN DATE.
The only thing you need to supply is a current Distempe vaccination certificate for your Ferret/s prior to the arrival day. Please email this to us or have your vet send it PRIOR TO THE CHECK IN DATE.
Guinea Pigs do not require a vaccination.
Bird, Chickens, Geese & Ducks
We supply everything your Bird, Chickens, Geese & Ducks will need for their stay, a variety of fresh foods and dry foods, bedding, toys, treats, love, cuddles, affection and stimulation are all provided. However some owners like to bring their own food etc. the choice is totally yours.
All Birds e.g. Budgies, Parrots, Canaries etc. have their own indoor safe area and can share when coming in a pair if allowed and on good weather days can go outside in the sunshine but will always sleep indoors.
All Chickens, Geese & Ducks have their own indoor and outdoor safe area and can share when coming in a pair if allowed.
We charge $11 per day per Bird, Chicken, Goose & Duck but $18 per day for a pair if they stay together . (as of 1/7/25 it will be $12 or $20 per pair)
Rats & Mice
We supply everything your pet Rat or Mice will need for their stay, a variety of fresh foods and dry foods, bedding, toys, treats, love, cuddles, affection and stimulation are all provided. However some owners like to bring their own enclosure and food etc. the choice is totally yours.
They will have their own indoor safe area and can share when coming in a pair if allowed and on good weather days can go outside in the sunshine but will always sleep indoors.
We charge $13 per day per Rat/Mouse but $22 per day for a pair of Rats/Mice if they stay together. (as of 1/7/25 it will be $14 or $25 per pair)
We supply a Pet Taxi pick-up and delivery service on Monday, Wednesday and Friday all year round (except public holidays) between 9am- 12noon.
Please note: Someone MUST be at your address for a pick-up/take-home service.
PET TRANSPORT service requires a $50 DEPOSIT PAID.
This deposit is then deducted off the outstanding amount when paying on the CHECK-IN DATE of your pet’s stay. Accounts are to be paid upon delivery of your pet/s to us.
We accept Cash, EFTPOS, Visa, and Mastercard, (credit card surcharge applies). Any direct deposit for outstanding balance must clear before the check-in date.
If your booking is over the very busy peak period ( 20th Dec – 20th Jan inclusive.) or ANY School Holidays, Long Weekends or Easter we require a $50 (non-refundable/non-transferable) deposit paid to CONFIRM and hold your booking.
This deposit is then deducted off the outstanding amount when paying on the CHECK-IN DATE of your pet’s stay. Accounts are to be paid upon delivery of your pet/s to us.

Our HOURS
Check in/out your pets anytime between 9am to 5pm 7 days a week, (excluding some public holidays)
(Some public holidays exceptions can be made and will be charged a double daily charge if checking in or checking out on a public holiday)
If checking in on Boxing Day (Public Holiday) it is taken from Christmas Eve. Easter has a 6 day minimum due to all of the public holidays
ADDITIONAL HOURS ONLY made by prior arrangement before 3pm that day. (NO EXCEPTIONS)
EARLY check in/out between EARLIEST 7am to 9am at an additional $25 charge per EARLY check in/out not per pet. ONLY made by prior arrangement.
LATE check in/out between 5pm to 7pm LATEST (NO EXCEPTIONS) at an additional $55 charge per LATE check in/out not per pet. ONLY made by prior arrangement before 3pm that day. (NO EXCEPTIONS)
IF YOUR PET/S REQUIRE MEDICATION while staying with us, we require the original packaging for dosage/instruction etc.
There is a $3 per administration charge for administering of medications between 9am-5pm. (As of 1/7/25 incl $4)
If medications are required at specific times e.g. Insulin Injections there is an additional fee of $25 between 7am-9am and $55 between 5pm-7pm
