Please check the in and out dates are correct and reply by email if this is not correct.

ALL AMENDMENTS, CHANGES and CANCELLATIONS MUST BE IN WRITING VIA EMAIL.

Remember to choose your check in and check out dates for ALL PEAK PERIODS CAREFULLY, as the dates booked will be charged for if not amended 14 days prior to the Confirmed booking check in date.

The full room booking price for ALL Cancelled / No Show bookings is charged if you cancel with less than 14 days written notice during ANY & ALL PEAK TIMES only. No Extra Services will be charged for.

If more than 14 days written notice is given you will lose your deposit only over ANY and ALL PEAK PERIODS.
(Over the peak periods we cannot guarantee date changes can always be made, e.g. extension of days as we are booked out. If your pet is not picked up on the confirmed check out date a fine of $100 per PET per day is charged)

(Some public holidays exceptions can be made and will be charged a double daily charge if checking in or checking out on a public holiday)

I agree to pay the fees and charges as set by All 4 Paws and Claws Pet Resort for the care of my pet/s on or prior to the check-in date.

If payment should fall more than 7 days in arrears, I authorize you to dispose of my pet/s in such a manner as determined by you.

Should veterinary attention be necessary in your opinion, whilst my pet is in your care, I agree to pay all costs incurred and not to hold you responsible for any happenings, damage or loss.

I agree to pay any collection agency fees, extra fees, charges and or legal costs that may be incurred.

All 4 Paws and Claws Pet Resort will exercise all duty of care, but accept no responsibility for any happenings, damage or loss whilst my pet is in their care.

I give permission for my pet/s to be placed with a suitable companion during their stay.

I agree for my pet/s to be photographed and photos used for any advertising material that you see fit.

I enter this property at my own risk and agree that children in my care will be under adult supervision at all times.

1. Fees

1. The pet Owner agrees to pay the fees as published on our website ‘www.pawsandclawsresort.com.au’ or as otherwise notified to the pet owner by All 4 Paws and Claws Pet Resort prior to or on the day of discharge of your Pet(s)
2. The pet Owner must pay all Fees outstanding on or before discharge of your pet/s from our Premises.
3. All Fees are calculated by calendar day (not 24 hours).
4. During peak periods the pet Owner must pay the Fees for all days booked by the pet Owner if not advised and or canceled with 14 days written notice.
5. The pet Owner must pay Fees for the minimum booking periods set by All 4 Paws and Claws Pet Resort over peak e.g. Christmas and Easter periods.
6. The pet Owner must pay a non-refundable non-transferable deposit as notified by All 4 Paws and Claws Pet Resort for bookings during all peak periods at the time of booking, as published on the Website.
7. You as the pet owner agrees to pay any collection agency fees, extra fees, charges and all legal costs that may be incurred.
